Estimate of Pricing.
One of the factors in our pricing is the average number of searches for your keyword "independent living for seniors" searched for on Bing over the last 24 months.
For the keyword "independent living for senors" there has been an average of 4,870 monthly searches. In this case our pricing model calls for a reservation deposit of $1,608 and six monthly payments of $1,608 payable once the keyword starts to rank. Click here to learn more about pricing. The total contract price is therefore 7 x $1,608 = $11,256. During that period there should be (based on the average) 6 x 4,870 = 29,220 searches resulting in 29,220 x 0.45 = 13,149 clicks to your site. The cost per click would be $11,256 / 13,149 = $0.86.

2. Because the Bing searches have shown growth over a 12 month period of 1,280% and a 24 month period of 743% the number of searches during the contract period should be substantially higher.
In this case it is difficult to imagine this amazing growth continuing over the next 6 - 8 months, so I have assumed a more modest growth of 5% per month (80% per year).
It can be calculated that the total number of searches should be 91,773 (at 5% growth) and the clicks to your site should be 91,773 x 0.45 = 41,298 making the
Cost per click $11,256 / 41,298 = $0.27.
As a result huge savings can be made by selecting keywords with a significant upward trend.
This CPC compares very favorably with Bings CPC of $0.89 and Google’s CPC of $1.91.
